Not a Guru. Just Good at This.

For the past 15 years, I’ve worked across SEO, digital publishing, content strategy, CRO and digital growth – turning search behaviour, audience insights and ideas into better digital experiences and business opportunities.

I’ve worked with international businesses including Finder, ClickOut Media, Are Media and Red Queen Marketing, collaborating with content, product, design and development teams to take ideas from insight to implementation.

But after spending so much of my life around screens, data and digital things, I found another way to switch off – doodling.

That became House of Ru, my colourful little world of patterns, thoughts, emotions and overthinking turned into art. And with it came a simple idea I want to share:

Stop scrolling. Start doodling.

Because sometimes the best thing we can do for our minds is put down the screen, pick up a pen and simply create – no rules, no perfection, no pressure.

Strategy by profession. Storytelling by nature. Doodling for the joy of it.
